Iconic fashion designer Tom Ford finally made his Fall 2012 bag collection available online at the Neiman Marcus website. If that hasn’t gotten the posh people excited, it sure has us seriously crushing and drooling on the Natalia bag, crossover by day and clutch by night. It is currently the fave accessory of Jen Aniston who has been spotted with the Tom Ford Natalia bag on many occasions.

Other celebs like Kate Bosworth and Carey Mulligan have also been seen with the Tom Ford Natalia bag. The clean, architectural lines that is distinct of every Tom Ford design makes the Natalia very easy to carry. Known for his incredibly chic products, Tom Ford has hit another nail with the Natalia.

What makes this bag so darn expensive? The 7x10x3 size is relatively small but it is the luxurious kidskin leather that has really taken this bag a notch higher than the average Bottega Veneta handbag. The famous Tom Ford logo is etched on the gold-plated turnlock hardware. The removable leather strap makes the bag even more versatile and covetable — it now tops my ultimate luxe wish list!

Mila Kunis’ Glams Up in Vintage French Style for Miss Dior’s Handbag Campaign

Last year, we featured Mila Kunis’ first ad campaign for Miss Dior handbags where she starred in a series of photos in vintage French fashion. This year, she is still the sole subject for Miss Dior’s 2nd campaign and this time, the depicted era move back even farther to the black and white Euro glam. This is such a classic French photo spread and Kunis channels the culture just about perfectly.

Wow is all I can say for such a great ad concept! In the true ’50s Tinseltown star style, Kunis fits into the era to a T. The campaign photos are set to be officially released this month. The ad will first be seen in the August 2012 edition of Elle Magazine Hong Kong before making it bigger in September for Harper’s Bazaar UK,Vanity Fair US and Vogue Paris.

Old Hollywood combined with French fashion is indeed the epitome of timeless style. Kunis’ coiffed bouffant with dainty bows, petite & lithe frame and mysterious doe eyes reminds me of Audrey Hepburn and Jackie O, both fashion icons during their hey days. Christian Dior will hit another high note on this ad. I know I’ll get my Miss Diors if I only had a fat wallet. In all colors.

Sally Field and Her Amazing Alexander McQueen Knuckle Clutch at Spiderman Premiere

Sally Field dressed up in a mix of white and nude hues on June 28 at the movie premiere of The Amazing Spiderman in Westwood, California.

The 65-year old actress plays the role of Aunt May, Peter Parker’s nurturing and encouraging aunt and surrogate mother who remains oblivious of nephew’s secret Spiderman life until the big revelation. Wearing a gorgeous white textured short dress by Azzeina Alaia, Field once again proves how her simple and quiet bearing can be a big asset:

She held a nude knuckle duster clutch by Alexander McQueen, an exquisite evening bag embellished with rhinestones, golden seashells and baroque pearls. A statement clutch it was, and just as amazing as Spiderman himself! Field also wore matching nude pumps and carried a nude shawl. A simple two-tier gold station necklace plus some delicate bangles complete her accessories.  Blush pink lipstick and layered hair kept her look young and fresh. I think she looks nothing like a 65-year old lady!

Oh, Whatta Clutch! The Queen of the Nile Clutch by Kate Spade

While most other designer labels are inspired by poolsides & beaches, Kate Spade decided to go the route less traveled at the peak of the summer season: the desert. The label’s newest style inspiration is the camel – yes, the tall stately animal that thrives on hot, sandy deserts. My favorite is the Queen of the Nile Camel Clutch.

From afar, the leather indeed looks like a sandy desert and the ornate gold camel clasp seems to be an animal floating on a horizon. Kate Spade describes the experience as “envisioning mesmerizing stretches of shimmering sand” when crafting the clutch bag. The result is a remarkable piece of art!

This frame clutch measures 4.9″h x 8.8″w x 2.3″d, just the right size for an evening bag (neither too big nor too small). It’s made of shiny stingray embossed leather and  14-karat light gold plated hardware. The clasp lock is a whimsical camel which KS says is today’s “IN” critter. The luxurious lining (see above photo) is custom woven gold with stingray leather trim on the slide pocket.
