In Italy they have a saying that goes ”When in Rome, do as the Romans do.” In France, it could go “When in France, dress as the French do.” Such is the case with Jessica Alba as she gallivants with her family in the French town of Provence.

Jessica Alba in Provence, France
She was very much sporting a French Provencal vibe in a white ruffled skirt, button down top tied in a knot, flats, fedora, wayfarers, and a studded purse worn across her body.

She didn’t have a problem blending in with the locals as she picks up groceries with husband Cash Warren. The minute I saw pictures of her here, I immediately thought, wow what a fresh summery look she has. What a stylish ‘very’ French way to beat the heat. I loved her look so much especially the fact that she added a bit of edge to her ladylike get-up with the use of a studded purses.
If you are loving Jessica’s summer holiday look as much as I am then take cues from this.

Start with a white strapless ruffled dress from LA Made, $62. Layer the RVCA Tronner button down shirt, $55.95 over the dress. Add the little extras that pack a punch such as the Corso Como Fabulous flats, $99, Brixton Castor fedora, $40 and the quintessential Rayban wayfarers, $145. Cap off your look with the studded Steve Madden purse in red, $48.95.
Jessica’s look is not hard to emulate. You just have to be creative in putting together your outfit. For all you know, you already have most, if not all of these essentials in your closet.
